Cancellation Policy for Stardust Luxury Dog Grooming & Academy
We value your time and commitment to our services and aim to provide the best experience for each client. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, please review our cancellation policy:
Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% service charge.
No-Shows: Appointments not canceled in advance and missed will be considered a “no-show” and charged at 100% of the service cost.
Future Bookings After No-Show: Following a no-show, clients will be required to pay the full amount upfront when booking their next appointment.

Deposit Policy for Stardust Luxury Dog Grooming & Academy
To ensure your booking and provide flexibility, we require a £20 deposit for each appointment. This deposit must be received no later than 48 hours before your scheduled time. Deposits can be made via cash, card, over the phone, or through a secure payment link we will provide.
Payment Requirement: If the deposit is not received 48 hours before the appointment, your booking will be automatically canceled.
Deposit Options:
One-Time Deposit: Pay £20 before each appointment, and it will be deducted from the grooming service fee.
Rollover Deposit: Choose to keep a rolling £20 deposit on your account, securing future bookings without needing to re-deposit each time.
